Koral Travel Transfer Booking Conditions

Whether you book alone or as a group, the lead booking name who must be over 18 years old at the time of booking will be the contact person in all following correspondence comprising changes, adjustments, cancellations. Any infants and children who are under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult while staying at the accommodation. After you confirm your transfer booking, the terms of this agreement between us with regard to your booking and your transfers will be accepted by you. By accepting this agreement, you are consenting to our processing your and other members’ of your party is personal information. After your confirmation for your transfer booking, we are responsible to send you a confirmation invoice. If any of your booking and personal details are not correct, you need to inform us immediately.

On arrival please look out for a representative who will be displaying a KORAL TRAVEL sign. This representative will be at the exit of the arrivals hall and will provide you with details of your transfer you booked. For your departure, you will be informed regarding your pick-up time from your property 24 hours prior to your departure. Please wait in the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it.
**Please note that your return transfer confirmation is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important. Please use contact details as specified on ‘In Case of Emergency’ section below for your local representative. For any problem please contact the ground agent.

If Any Cancellation / Change Occurs On Your Booking
Our priority is to provide your transfers as booked. But under any circumstances, for instance, you do not pay the balance; we have the right to cancel your booking. Koral Travel holds the right to cancel your booking. Under these circumstances, you will be refunded or given an equivalent or closely similar standard replacement of your cancelled transfers from us. Nevertheless, we might be able not to provide you a replacement of your cancelled transfers, unless one is available. In case you would like to cancel your transfers booking, the lead name on the booking must inform us. After we are informed regarding your transfer booking cancellation, you should receive a cancellation confirmation from us. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum specified in below:

Shuttle Transfers

warning-icon “Shuttle transfers are mostly for accommodation properties. We could arrange a shuttle transfer to private properties but it depends on your private address. It is possible that you could be dropped off on nearest drop off point of your property if your property address is not suitable for us. Also we have the right to cancel your shuttle transfer booking under these circumstances.”

This shuttle bus service offers a cheap transfer to and from your holiday accommodation. Pre booking a shuttle service gives you the security of knowing how you will arrive at your accommodation. Shuttle services are scheduled; therefore you may have to wait for a short time at the airport, maximum waiting time 1 hour (day or night). Transfer times are estimated and may vary depending on the number of stops en-route. On shuttle transfers, we hold the right to either cancel your shuttle transfer booking booked for the date interval between 1st of November and 31st of April or offer you to upgrade you transfer with the additional charge.
Baggage Allowance: Totally Max 3 large pieces of luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage or Totally Max 2 large pieces of luggage and 2 pieces of hand luggage.

Private Standard Minibus Transfers
This service offers a quick and hassle free way of reaching your accommodation with our air-conditioned vehicles. A private, pre booked taxi transfer will be at the airport to meet your flight which means no waiting around at the airport and a more relaxing start to your holiday.
Baggage Allowance: Totally Max 3 large pieces of luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage or Totally Max 2 large pieces of luggage and 2 pieces of hand luggage.

Private Standard Minibus Transfers
Private Standard Minibus Transfer Service is for larger families and group parties of five or more who want to travel together. This is the perfect way to get to your accommodation with ease and in style. Your air-conditioned vehicle will be waiting for you at the airport and take you directly to your accommodation making your onward journey hassle free.

Private VIP Taxi Transfers
In addition to the procedure of Private Standard Taxi Trnasfers, Private VIP Taxi Transfer service will gives you the more confort you deserve on your holiday. The following vehicles are being used for Private VIP Taxi Transfer,

  • Toyota Corolla

Water, soft drinks and local newspaper will be served.

Private Coach Transfers are for those wishing to travel in large groups. With this service you and your party will reach your destination at together.

Child Condition – Children’s Age
Koral Travel has the right to check the children’s passport for their ages. If the child age is not as indicated in the voucher, Koral Travel holds the right to charge adult fee for child places.

Large Luggage: Max. 90cm x 75cm x 43cm
Hand Luggage: Max. 23cm x 30cm x 45cm

If your luggage does not fit in the vehicle or any overload is occured, your transfer booking may need to be upgraded to a level higher transfer type. The difference which occurs on the payment needs to be paid to our staff who will be escorting during the transfer.”

In Resorts
Our representatives visit most of the hotels at regular times which you can find on the information boards in the hotels. Should you need representative or if you need any help or advice, please do not hesitate to call our resort office and our office team will be happy to help you by making appointments to come and see you at your accommodation.

Your Special Requests
If you have any special request along with your actual booking such as baby seat, booster etc. please indicate it with your transfer booking. Some of your special request might be subject to payment and in such cases; we will inform you regarding the price of your request before your transfers. As well as that, we cannot guarantee that your special requests will be fulfilled. Unless and until specifically confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability. They will be considered and then you will be informed regarding your special requests by us.

Problems and Complaints
We hope that your transfer will be enjoyable, but if you do encounter any problems please speak to your transfer representative to try and get them resolved. If you remain dissatisfied, please contact the local handling agent whose details are given on this voucher - they will give you as much assistance as they can. If you do not take these steps, we will not be able to deal with issues that are raised after your holiday has ended. If you take these steps and wish to follow up your complaint when you get home you must write to your travel agent within 7 days of your return.
